Hi I'm Sydney! I'm a junior at Elmira College majoring in Human Services with a minor in Criminal Justice. Throughout the winter term of 2022 I participated in a Photography 1 class offered at EC. I have always love taking photos and this class helped me to perfect my skills and learn so much about photography and how to take a good photo. Throughout the term I took a variety of photos on different devices; my pictures were taken on a 35mm film camera and Apple's iPhone 13. 

My favorite things to photograph are my dogs, nature, friends, and random things I find around my environment. I find that photography is a great way to save moments to remember years later. I have learned and grown so much as a photographer throughout the term and am so excited to see where I go!!
