Imogen Cunningham(1883-1976) was an American photographer known for her botanical, portrait photography and industrial landscapes. She was a member of the legendary photography group f/64, the group advocated for pure photography free of manipulation or effect. Imogen was an inspirational photographer for many including me, I love her photographs with her family and friends and how she includes them in her other photos. Some of my favorite photographs of hers are with her twins, the images just feel so natural and in a way peaceful. Another reason I find her so inspirational because she was a famous female photographer in the early 1900's and she was able to be a wife and mother and purse her dreams.
